Ensure that you enter your Affiliated XM Account number at checkout where it asks for your Trading Account Number.

    • Updates and Support: T1 FX Team may provide updates, enhancements, or support for the software at its discretion. Access to such services may be subject to additional fees and terms.
    • Termination: T1 FX Team reserves the right to terminate your license if you breach any terms of this policy or the accompanying EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and comply with any additional instructions from T1 FX Team.
    • Liability and Indemnification: T1 FX Team is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. You agree to indemnify and hold T1 FX Team harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the software.
    • Governing Law: This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Refund Policy

    Thank you for subscribing to our services. Please read our refund policy carefully:

    • No Refunds: Once your subscription has been processed, all payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans and renewal payments.

    • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated amounts will be issued for partial usage.

    • Exceptional Circumstances: In the unlikely event of exceptional circumstances, we may review your case on an individual basis. However, the decision to grant any form of refund will be at our sole discretion.
